NGVT Conveyor Systems are mechanical devices or assemblies that transport material with minimal effort. NGVT provides with the wide range and different kinds of conveyor systems, which usually consist of a frame that supports either rollers, wheels, or a belt, upon which materials move from one place to another as per the customer requirement.
One of the basic tools in material handling industry, belt conveyors are most commonly used in transportation of bulk materials (grain, salt, coal, ore, sand, etc.).
Belt conveyor systems consist of two or more pulleys (a.k.a. drums). An endless loop of carrying medium—the conveyor belt— rotates about them. To move the belt and the material it carries forward, one or both pulleys are powered. The powered pulley is called “drive pulley,” the unpowered one is known as “idler pulley.” Belt conveyors in general material handling such as those moving boxes along inside a facility form a different class of belt conveyors from those that are used to transport large volumes of resources and agricultural materials.
Based on the proposed use, conveyor belts are manufactured using either PVC or rubber.
Slat Conveyors are used in horizontal conditions and operating at relatively slow speeds. They are generally used to move items that are not typically conveyable on rollers or belts, due to an irregular shape or bottom condition. They can also be used in assembly operations by modifying the slats to accommodate assembly fixtures.

Overhead conveyors can be supplied in either enclosed track or I-Beam construction based upon weight capacity and application.
Floor monorail conveyors utilize a single rail, motorized driven, from which the conveying means and load handling takes place over work areas. Floor monorail conveyors can be installed to follow almost any continuous path, changing direction both horizontally and vertically. If able to use multiple drives, a single path can be several thousand feet. Floor monorail conveyors is supplied in enclosed track.
Motorized Roller Conveyor is widely demanded automated handling applications at different types of industry like automobile, food etc. It is driven with the help of combination of geared motor and links between the roller. That Links can be stretchable elastic bands, multiple pinion gears, link chain etc. It speed can be varied in many ways irrespective of gravity roller conveyor.
Non-powered roller conveyors or Gravity Conveyors are the most economical and common method of conveying unit loads. The conveyors are typically mounted on a slight decline angle, therefore using gravity to assist product movement, especially for long distances. They can also be used in applications where the conveyor is level and operators can push the product along to its final destination, allowing for multiple workstations.
