These ovens are operated on various sources of heating, Like LPG Fired Heating system and Diesel Fired Heating System through Conventional Heating process and IR, UV Ovens through Radiation Heating Process.

The ovens are of the following types : 

• Belt (wire mesh/PVC) Conveyorized oven
• Batch type oven with ground mounted trolley & track
• Tray Driers & Pre- heating ovens

UV Oven consisting of a supporting structure in anodized aluminum which contains: four professional UV laps, reflective, shielded walls & proper jig arrangement made of stainless steel mirror to guarantee the better emission of ray, where you put the object to be treated.

NGVT vertical ovens provide a long product dwell time in the heated chamber in a small footprint. Vertical ovens can be designed for multiple passes or a single pass, and can be loaded and unloaded on the same side or opposite sides of the oven.

Typically, products that lend themselves to this type of oven are small to medium in size. Larger products are harder to convey and the space savings are nullified due to the layout of the conveying system. Our vertical ovens feature structural steel frames internal to the insulated walls of the oven. NGVT  Part Heating Oven is a type of industrial oven that creates a chemical reaction in a material after a particular temperature is reached. The part heating is a process of preparing or finishing a material by chemical or physical process. In this material part is kept for long period to change its characteristics/properties to obtain the desire product. 

NGVT tray dryer is a conventional drying equipment with enclosed insulated chambers and trays placed on top of each other in a trolley or on the rack inside the oven. the driers are used in the processes where drying and heating are a crucial part of the industrial manufacturing process such as in the food processing, pharmaceutical, dye stuff and chemical manufacturing, auto part drying among others. The materials to be dried are either solid or wet and are placed on the tray. 

Drum Heating Oven is used for heating wax that is put into a drum to become liquid or frozen products that need to be turned into liquids so that the content inside can be poured out from inside. They can also be used to heat paint which tends to freeze at cold temperatures. They can effectively heat-treat various types of materials so that their qualities are preserved.
