Powder Coating Plant

NGVT provides a wide range of Powder Coating Plants and accessories. The Conveyorized Plants are recommended where production volume is high and Batch Type Plants are provided for small qty of production volumes. NGVT provides Conveyorized and Batch Type Plants. The Powder Coating Booths are provided with Automatic and Manual type of Coating, with high end powder recovery systems like Single Cyclone Recovery, Multi Cyclone Recovery and Cartridge Type Recovery System.

Conveyorized Type Powder Coating Plant

NGVT offers Conveyorized Powder Coating lines consists of overhead chain conveyor passes through the booth. Coating is done with Manual / Auto Powder Coating Guns and then enters thru the oven for baking process, the oven can be straight tunnel type or with loops inside it. Conveyor speed is worked out based on production rate required.

NGVT offers wide range of Batch Type Powder Coating Booth with High Transfer Efficiency and ease in cleaning.

NGVT offers cyclone type and cartridge type systems.

Single Cyclone Type Booth – Provides up to 80-85% efficiency
Multi Cyclone Type Booth – Provides up to 85-90% efficiency
Cartridge Type Booth – Provides up to 95% efficiency
